Spent yesterday in Dallas… Just for the day. 
One of my customers needed some extra help, and Bill was going so I thought I’d squeeze in some “masterminding” with Bill & Ray.
The meeting went okay, and had lunch with Bill beforehand to go over some details.
It’s definitely a long way to go just for the day, but it all worked out okay. Almost missed the flight home because of Ray – we were at the Grand Hyatt bar at the airport until 20 minutes before my flight left!
Alanis Morrisette was 2 rows in front of me on the return flight, which was pretty damn awesome. Most people didn’t realize who she was but I picked her out right away as I got on the plane (late). We chatted about yoga by the back bathroom after I complained about my butt falling asleep in my middle seat.
Got home around 9pm and met Julie at her Bunco group, then ended up over at Tony & Melissa’s until the wee hours. Runar & Alec were there along with Tony and his boys, then all the girls rolled in from Bunco all at once.
Good times with good friends, but a long day.
Except for the few combat naps I took on the plane between SAN and DFW, I think I was awake for like 23 hours?!
Oh, and Alanis is even hotter in person.
